Ritmo Adictivo by Afrojockers! Throwing back the years in our DJ career we fell in love with the sounds from the Caribbean Islands, Latin America, & North America. Our path with the world of Reggaeton had sparked a long time ago since its beginnings in 2005. Today Reggaeton has evolved as one of the most iconic music genres that is being supported and played at many venues and festivals all around the World. Over the past two decades Afrojockers had the vision that Reggaeton Music is a rhythm of the future that will dominate the global dancefloors straight away from the Puerto Rican underground music to the international mainstream.

Another Summer… Another Rooftop!

La Azotea Cubana is unveiling the next Rooftop episodes. Together with Teatro Cubano Cracow, Afrojockers introduces the summer series of La Azotea Cubana and host the Live DJ Set for these special events. Other Artists from the Latin scene will collaborate and present a show of various Latin party rhythms from the latest Latin Records from around the World.

Up to the Roof! La Azotea Cubana is an exclusive Latin event that connects all the Latin community in the heart of Cracow City and not only! Our Live DJ Set will be played throughout Sunday afternoon. The aim is to integrate the international aspect of Latin music into a show that focuses on every range of professional mixing DJ skills.

Let’s memorize this summer with a series of events on the Rooftop of the Poleski Hotel in Cracow! Latin Sunday afternoons with Latin rhythms, sprinkled with cold Cuban drinks with the very best of Havana Club Rum and smokey Barbeque delicacies.

Welcome to our top stories articles about the “Oskarowa Noc” featuring special guest Dirty Fruit which took place on February 23, 2019 in Cracow, Poland. The night was marked as the final event for Afrojockers to perform at Shine Club Cracow after performing as one of the main DJ Residents in the years (2013 – 2019).

Shine Club Cracow is one of the largest music clubs in the heart of Cracow city center. Spacious interiors with three level platforms and sound systems which are one of the most advanced on the international scale. Afrojockers present pro skills of live mixing with live acts, music productions and more. Live performance at Shine made Afrojockers turn the volumes up and take the fans to a deeper level of Euphoria. Positive and high energy tracks persuaded all clubbers to memorize these nights into their memories!

“Oskarowa Noc” on Starowislna street are series of events that are usually organized on every last Saturday of February. Our annual themed event is a replica of this prestigious film award which has become as a tradition for Shine Club Cracow. The unique decor of the premises, characters from the world of movies and much more.

Together to the Top. The story behind this motto unveiled a spectacular top adventure in our career. Afrojockers join a very extraordinary experience together with our old friend Piotr Sliwinski whom we have known for more than two decades. Together we desired to reach adventurous goals and to challenge our ambitions to reach the impossible and stand together on the highest of the highest which is Mount Everest. This unique Expedition was the strongest and most successful achievement during our 20 years of various activities. Afrojockers are proud to join this Expedition Partnership together with Piotr Sliwinski & Jacek Jasniewski who were the real Heroes on this marvelous trip and took every little of our dreams to stand with them together on the top of the World.

Jack & Peter 7 Summits Expedition was the major program of the year 2018. Both Alpenists had already reached 6 top peaks around the World and Mount Everest was the seventh in the summit’s plan. The main objective of this mission was to reach the top and successfully accomplish the mission on Peter’s Birthday.

We are very grateful and thankful for Piotr Sliwinski & Jacek Jasniewski who successfully reached the top of Mount Everest (8848 m) and for taking our Afrojockers flag on this unique Everest Expedition 2018. This is our message together with Peter & Jack and to the World, a sign of Solidarity, Unity and Power. Together to the Top, with such a meaningful attitude we can push forward in all our desires, dreams and motivations. It is an enormous honor to have our Afrojockers flag together with the Everest Heroes on the top of the World. It is a moment to be long remembered and a history for Afrojockers. Big Love and Big Thanks to Piotr, Jacek and the entire Mount Everest Expedition Team.

Audio Lake Festival 8th edition located on Nysa Lake East of Poland is one of the superb electronic music festivals which started to get a high renown among the other big EDM Festivals in Poland and Europe. Everyone rushed to be a part of this 8th edition to enjoy the best freaky end of the summer time. Big International DJs such as Bingo Players, Umek and Skytech performed a mass of electronic mixes and fresh music which was the main attraction of this festival.

Afrojockers DJ Set was one of the most energetic with loads of newly clubbing releases and live mixing which brought the international aspect of music to a parade to entertain and cheer every soul on the festival arena. Persuading everyone to dance and teleport to unforgettable memories of their lives. Our experience was way far splendid and on high priority to give the best of us and mix unique versions of the biggest records that ever hit the festivals, clubs and dancefloors all over the globe.

The Audio Lake Festival will always remain in our minds as those magical moments and feelings when we got the attention, interactions and the spiritual connections with so many fans throughout the music. As we always and will always believe that music has the power to give so many positive vibrations to everyone.

It is an extreme honor to have our Afrojockers stamp marked on this extraordinary festival together with all our friends from the DJ World who also took a part of this magnificent August summer weekend. It was a good moment to be long remembered and a pin to mark in our Afrojockers voyage. The Noizefield interview. It’s our pleasure to have a free space to tell the readers of Noizefield about Afrojockers & V1r00z. Our name is Lapa & Magio, in real life we are brothers, born and raised in khartoum, Sudan. We are better known since 2004 by our stage name Afrojockers, but before we came up with this Project. We Officially performed for the first time as a duo DJs under the stage name UMT PROJECT in the years (2001-2003).

UMT Project was mainly based on mixing Arabic Electro House and live performance acts which was a unique style in Poland. UMT Project produced two remixes for Amr Diab -“Feek Kull Alkalam” & Samira Said -“Eurobica” (Virus Edit) which was released by Universal Poland. At that time our previous manager contacted DJ Virus for Remaking the track “Eurobica” almost after 14 years since we meet Jakub who is now well known as stage name V1r00z to tell us that (Virus Edit) was made by him…what a small world !! UMT was ranked at the 52 position in “THE DJ LIST” in the House category.

We had the opportunity to perform all around Poland many times with live drum percussion played by Victor Golec one of the oldest and well known drummers in Poland. After UMT Project we started as”Afrojockers” in 2004. We fall in deep in love with Electronic music and since that time we decided to produce more music like Dance, EDM and Future House tracks. Among these tracks we released “Love you anymore”. We are still active and touring around many Clubs and open air festivals in Europe and abroad where we are enjoying a great time with the fans and music clubbers.

Let’s us switch a bit back in time to the year 2001. That was our real integration with the DJ world. Our first ever show took place in August 2001 in Cracow, Poland. We started at the famous Student Club “Pod Jaszczurami”. The club possessed two DVD players and a Mixer, it was almost impossible to mix between track on a DVD players! but some tracks we could mix it in it’s real BPM tempo…
